There is a completely false and highly inappropriate report circulating on the internet which claims that Nayanthara, the ‘Lady Superstar’ of Tamil cinema, will be wearing a bikini in her Bollywood debut film ‘Jawan’ alongside Shah Rukh Khan.

It’s not uncommon to see Nayanthara wearing a bikini, but what’s surprising is the reason being given for her alleged decision to wear one in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘Jawan’ – apparently, it’s because Deepika Padukone wore one in his recent film ‘Pathaan’. Some are speculating that the bikini may have contributed to the success of ‘Pathaan’.

According to a source who spoke to TOI, the theory that Nayanthara will wear a bikini in ‘Jawan’ because of the success of Deepika Padukone’s bikini scene in ‘Pathaan’ is false. The source stated that there is a plan to dress Nayanthara in a bikini in ‘Jawan’, but it is not related to the success of ‘Pathaan’. Nayanthara is comfortable wearing beach outfits and has worn them in her Tamil movies before. The source also clarified that ‘Pathaan’ does not have any scenes that call for a beachside setting.

Furthermore, Shah Rukh Khan is known to be uncomfortable filming intimate scenes with his leading ladies. In fact, he has only kissed a heroine once in his entire career, and that was Katrina Kaif in the movie ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’. He did so out of respect for the director Yash Chopra’s wishes.

‘Jawan’, directed by Atlee, also stars Vijay Sethupathi in a negative role. The film also features Sanjay Dutt, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, and Yogi Babu in important roles.
