On the sets of Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayan,’ the work is progressing with great enthusiasm. Divided into three parts, this movie will be of a significant budget, with shooting already underway and images flooding the media. Earlier, leaked photos from the set prompted the director to enforce a ‘no phone policy.’ Now, once again, glimpses have emerged, featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi.
Photos released by the entertainment portal ‘Zoom’ showcase Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi in the avatar of Mother Sita. At times, they are seen posing, while at others, Ranbir Kapoor is spotted in a bathrobe, going through the script. Sai Pallavi is adorned with a large Banarasi silk dupatta on her head, and her long hair is adorned with a long shawl, draped in actor dhoti attire. This film, scheduled for release in 2025, is already one of the most talked-about projects. Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi are essaying the roles of Lord Ram and Sita for the first time, respectively. Ranbir has also claimed to have turned completely vegetarian during the shooting of this role.

Looking at the leaked photos, it seems Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi are enjoying each other’s company in the garden, depicting the characters they are playing. Behind them, water and the wall of a grand palace are visible. However, opinions on these images are divided, as they were with previously leaked photos featuring Lara Dutta, Arun Govil, and others in roles of Kaikeyi and King Dasharatha. Meanwhile, Shikha Chaddha appeared as Manthara.
Upon seeing Ranbir Kapoor’s look, one user commented, “After ‘Adipurush,’ another flop casting seems imminent. And judging by expectations, this is the worst choice from Bollywood.” Another wrote, “Why does it look like they’re shooting an advertisement?” One commented, “His charm is missing.” Another said, “Both look very good. I’m already a fan.” One said, “Both look very authentic.” And one commented, “A perfect pair, Jai Shri Ram.”
