Gwalior Man Regrets Having His Car Covered in Lipstick Kisses After Traffic Fine

Social media trends frequently drive content creators to attempt unusual stunts, but a young man from Gwalior recently learned a costly lesson after participating in a viral online challenge. Aditya Sikarwar allowed his girlfriend to give his vehicle a unique aesthetic makeover by applying thousands of lipstick prints all over its exterior. What was intended to be an internet sensation ended up turning heads for the wrong reasons when his car covered in lipstick kisses attracted both heavy traffic penalties and public mockery.

The unusual aesthetic quickly circulated across social media platforms, drawing attention from millions of viewers as well as local traffic authorities. Instead of straightforward digital fame, the stunt triggered an unexpected traffic violation notice that left the car owner dealing with both legal fines and difficult cleanup work.

The Viral Western Trend That Sparked a Car Makeover

The incident began when Aditya Sikarwar decided to replicate a popular international social media trend. To achieve the desired visual effect, his girlfriend spent several hours meticulously applying lipstick marks across the entire bodywork of the vehicle. By the time she finished, the sedan was virtually transformed with a bright pink finish created by an estimated 3,400 individual kiss marks.

The primary objective behind the elaborate makeover was to collect high engagement, likes, and views on social media platforms. The striking transformation made the vehicle appear completely custom-painted from a distance, drawing immediate attention while driving through the streets of Gwalior.

Why the Car Covered in Lipstick Kisses Caught Law Enforcement’s Attention

While the video did manage to generate substantial online curiosity, the excitement was short-lived. Traffic police monitoring municipal automated surveillance cameras quickly flagged the uniquely modified vehicle traveling through public roads. Modifying a vehicle’s external appearance drastically without prior official approval violates motor vehicle regulations in India.

Instead of celebrating digital popularity, Aditya was issued a traffic penalty ticket amounting to 5,500 Indian Rupees. Traffic authorities emphasized that altering a vehicle’s primary visible color using wraps, paints, or heavy cosmetics without updating official registration documents creates potential compliance and identification issues.

The Unexpected Battle Against Waterproof Cosmetics

Receiving the legal penalty was only part of the problem facing the car owner. Once the reality of the fine set in, the immediate challenge became restoring the vehicle back to its factory look. However, removing thousands of cosmetic stains proved far more difficult than applying them in the first place.

Because the cosmetics used were water-resistant and transfer-proof, standard car washing techniques failed to eliminate the deep pink prints. Aditya reportedly had to spend just as many tedious hours scrubbing the vehicle body as his partner spent placing the marks initially, using specialized cleaning routines to avoid damaging the underlying paint.

Social Media Reactions and Online Mockery

As details of the traffic fine and the laborious cleaning process surfaced online, social media users flooded comment sections with sarcastic remarks and lighthearted jokes. Many commentators highlighted the humorous irony of going to such extreme lengths solely for digital approval.

One user jokingly pointed out that single individuals struggle to get affection while a car received thousands of kisses in a single day. Another commenter suggested that Aditya should have submitted a formal color modification form with the Regional Transport Office before attempting such an extreme visual transformation.

Despite the financial penalty and the extensive cleanup efforts, the incident serves as a memorable cautionary story for internet creators attempting viral challenges without evaluating motor vehicle rules and practical consequences beforehand.
