It was a perfect day for the power couple of Indian cricket, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, until an overenthusiastic fan crossed the line of decency. The incident, which took place in Bangalore, has now gone viral, sparking widespread outrage and prompting netizens to question the boundaries of personal space.

The adorable duo was relishing a family moment at an old Bangalore eatery, soaking in the nostalgia and savouring the mouth-watering South Indian cuisine. Anushka, who was born and raised in the city, wanted to share the delightful experience with her social media followers and posted pictures of the trio enjoying their meal.

However, things took a nasty turn when the couple stepped out of the restaurant, and a fan got too close to Anushka for a selfie. The fan’s audacity irked Virat, and he lost his cool, giving the man a death stare and firmly rejecting his request. The incident was captured on video by another fan, and it quickly spread across the internet, eliciting polarising reactions from people.

In the video, Anushka can be seen sporting a simple white summer top, complemented with sunglasses and jeans, while Virat is seen donning a casual blue outfit, complete with a cap. The sight of Virat fiercely protecting his ladylove melted the hearts of millions, who lauded his chivalry and love for Anushka.

The outrage over the incident has sparked a debate on social media, with many calling for stricter laws to protect celebrities’ privacy and personal space. Fans have been flooding social media platforms with messages of support for the couple, condemning the fan’s behaviour and urging people to respect the privacy of public figures.

On the work front, Anushka is all set to don the role of legendary cricketer Jhulan Goswami in the upcoming film ‘Chakda Xpress’. Despite the unwanted intrusion of their personal space, the couple continues to enjoy a massive fan following and remain a favourite among cricket and Bollywood enthusiasts alike.
