Anthony Loffredo, who goes by the name “the black alien,” has extensively modified his body, including tattoos covering his entire body, the loss of his ears and nostrils, and the coloring of his teeth purple. Due to his unique appearance, Loffredo claims that he is sometimes unable to enter certain establishments.
Loffredo’s body modifications are more extreme than those of individuals who change their figure or inject fillers into their faces. He has received comments from individuals who say that his appearance makes them “feel more secure” with themselves, which has given him newfound self-confidence. He has admitted that living in a body that he didn’t feel he belonged in was painful.

Loffredo faces difficulties in his daily life due to his appearance, including being denied entry to restaurants. In a recent interview with LADBible, he stated, “If I want to eat at a restaurant, sometimes the waitress says I can’t eat on the terrace.” He believes that encountering people who don’t understand him and want to judge him is a daily struggle. However, he maintains that he is just a “normal guy” with family and friends and believes that people should talk to him rather than judge him.
Despite the difficulties, Loffredo remains passionate about body alteration and has expressed a willingness to undergo leg amputation. He has always been interested in mutations and transformations, and while he didn’t begin exploring odd body modifications until his 20s, he enjoys putting himself in scary character positions. Loffredo is not the only person who engages in severe bodily modification; others have had their eyeballs tattooed, their tongues split, or their elf ears surgically implanted.

In conclusion, Anthony Loffredo’s extreme body modifications have led to difficulties in his daily life, including being denied entry to restaurants. Despite this, he maintains that he is a normal person and should not be judged solely on his appearance. While Loffredo’s body modifications may seem extreme to some, he is not the only person who engages in such practices.
